To display the video project on your monitor you need: monitor, computer connected to Internet and web browser Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Additionally, you need account in our STREAMING SCHEDULER to create your playlists and projects.
Is my browser supported?
Our streaming scheduler supports Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. It is very important that no blockages of the video player are active. The standard settings of the browser allow you to play our video stream.
How do I create my project’s and playlist?
To create playlist & project you need only links to your video on YouTube or Vimeo platform. With this you create your “Videoclips” list, this will be your source to create playlists and finally your project.
How can I stream my project?
Your client needs that unique project URL and open this in his browser. Alternative he can implement this in his website as IFRAME.
How do I know the project is streaming on the client page?
Our STREAMING SCHEDULER can monitor every connected computer address running our streaming software. We also know the status (Play, Error, Buffering, Ended, Started) for each project separately.
Can I use this software to live stream YouTube channel?
Yes, simply define the URL from your live stream and restart your project. Client become automatically the new video content. Alternative you can create new project and provide this URL to your clients.
Is there any limitation for number of project or playlists?
With your subscription you can determine the maximum number of projects yourself. The playlists have no restrictions.
Can I send live message to my running projects?
Yes, our software support three types of messages: 1. Scrolling message per playlist 2. Scrolling timed messages for each project 3. Send Live message to specific project
Can I customize my messages?
Yes, you can define easily: position, size, font, colour, scrolling direction, scrolling speed. Additionally, to the timed message you define the start & stop time. You also can define alternation between two active messages.
I do not see a video stream, only the scrolling text or logo are visible.
Make sure that there are no blockages on the website content. The standard settings of the browser allow you to play our video stream.
